3. Set-up a long-term business goal. So, what is that goal? TO SUCCEED is your main and specific goal. Nobody does desire not to succeed, right? If you want SUCCESS to creep your business, then have well-planned business goals.
4. Schedule a regular product and plan presentation among your distributors. If you are the owner of your network marketing business, then this is just right for you. It does not take away a portion of your personality if you meet everyday your sellers to have a personal meeting with them. This not only creates a security of their staying in your company. But it also creates an income security enough to support you.
5. A sense of CARE makes a big difference. It might consume all the papers on Earth to explain or to say something about care. But it only takes a simple act to show that you recognize your distributor’s or seller’s existence. Your distributors or sellers will stay longer in the group if they feel that they are appreciated. Simple token of appreciation will do such as money or any other recognition that posters your appreciation to their job well-done.
6. Train self-driven distributors. Nothing compares to the amount of tasks done by groups that work independently in their own independent way. Lead them first then allow them to unleash their potentials. So how do you do that? You may exert some kind of presentations that will catch their innate desire to motivate themselves independently. You will later find out how progressive your group is.
7. Populate your business with a customer-oriented situation. Your distributing power lies on your distributor. There is always this common mistake of taking for granted the customers’ opinions on your way of assessing them. The transaction is ONLINE but it is not a valid reason not to establish good rapport among your customers online. Just be on line and your customers will lead the line toward your business objective.
8. Know what your customers need. Anticipating your customers’ needs ahead of time is better than selling unappreciated products. Practice the art of listening to your customers’ suggestions, wants, and needs. Once you get their trust, you can immediately pave the way towards your goal of motivating customers on patronizing your products.

Is it possible to do network marketing online without having to actually speak to people over the phone?
I love Melaleuca products and would like to join the company as a rep to make money and also because I feel passionate about there products, however I am not keen on network marketing the old fashioned way by prospecting people that aren’t looking for an opportunity. Is there any way the build a sucessful online business by using a website that creates free leads and is fully optimized ( this I don’t know how to do currently, but also really want to learn!) If so how and where would I go from there? I am new to Internet Marketing, but I really want to learn it and market a product that I love. I haven’t signed up with Melaleuca yet as I am looking for a rep who currently markets the product this way and is sucessful at it. I would like a mentor that can guide me through this and help me realize my dream of financial freedom. There are so many scammers out there, I just want to learn for myself a duplicatible system that I can use and pass down to the people that I may introduce.

I hope not! There are too many telemarketers going on already, speaking or recorded messages. You might check with Melaleuca and see if they allow it. My son is with a company similar to this and the do not allow this. Good Luck! ~-~

Look for the Yahoo Group MLM Survivors. It has thousands of members who have lost friends, loved ones, money, and more due to these types of money making schemes. About 99% of those who attempt these types of businesses fail at them. Those who succeed, typically make hundreds of dollars a year, but then end up spending that on "tools" for the business, Melalueca is one of the most hated companies by those who are familiar with MLM products. I wouldn’t touch it with a 10 foot pole. And marketing it on the internet is less successful than trying to hunt down people in person.
Look for a regular job and don’t waste your time and money of this. You will regret it if you get involved.
I have tried this type of thing many times and FINALLY learned my lesson.
There is no such thing as duplicatible system. That is just the line they feed you to get you to join. MLM will not lead you to financial freedom. That is bogus hype.

I’m not personally familiar with Melaleuca, so this is going to be more of a general answer, than a specific one to that business. Yes, it can be done without having to speak to people on the phone to an extent. You should talk to your leads (people that you know are interested) and anyone that signs up under you, as well. Most people like to know that there’s a real person their dealing with. So, while a phone is usually necessary, it’s not necessary to use it to bother people who aren’t interested. Does that make sense?
